Welcome! My name is Tracy Cornett and 21 years ago I started my practice so that consumers and businesses would have a trusted source to turn to with their health and life insurance needs and questions. Prior to starting the company, I was a Business Analyst working with a health insurance carrier. This experience puts me in the unique position of not only having a thorough understanding of insurance, but, it makes me extremely strategic as well!

I've helped hundreds of individuals and families, Medicare members and small businesses with their health, life and wealth accumulation needs. We are equipped with the knowledge, the experience, and the tools that are necessary to customize your plan specific to your unique needs while keeping you within your budget. About Tracy

I spent my entire life in the midwest (MN. & IA.) until 24 years ago when I moved to Tucson AZ. I started working with American Family Insurance and almost immediately, I realized I had a knack for understanding the strategy behind insurance. 21 years later, and now that I'm well versed, I share my expertise with anyone I can with one main goal in mind, NO SURPRISES! There's nothing worse than being hit with a financial surprise you weren't expecting. I make it my life's mission to ensure that doesn't happen to my clients. I'm an educator, I teach my clients about what solutions are available to meet their specific needs which empowers them to make the best choices on behalf of themselves and those who depend on them. What gets me out of bed everyday, wanting to work hard and serve people? YOU DO!

What Can You Expect

This is a very simple, two or three-step process depending on your unique needs. First, I'll gather some necessary information from you, then, I will complete your custom assessment and, lastly, we will come back together to go over the recommendations that I have for you. This process can take as little as 48 business hours to complete depending on your timeline need. 

Every Client is Entitled a 10-Point Quality Assessment Including...

  1. Complete a full individual member census (assess each person's needs)

  2. Cross-check 200+ carriers (depending on coverage type and county)

  3. Cross-check providers (primary, specialists, dentist, vision)

  4. Cross-check medications and preferred pharmacy

  5. Complete calculations (max out of pocket vs monthly premium)

  6. Complete total protection package quotes for all recommended plans and riders

  7. Present top 3-4 recommended plan packages based on assessment score

  8. Marketplace account set-up (if applicable)

  9. Complete your subsidy application and eligibility determination (if applicable)

  10. Online electronic enrollment with online member platform
