Choosing a Doctor in Your Network

It is always a good idea to check if a doctor, hospital, or other facility is part of your BCBSAZ network before you see them.

Ways to find a doctor:

  • Visit the online provider directory
  • Call the number on the back of your BCBSAZ ID card for help locating a doctor or hospital or to have a printed Provider Directory mailed to you
Using your drug coverage

Check the cost share that applies to your plan with the online Prescription Calculator. Log into your MyBlue account, click "Home" and select "Drug Cost/Copay Calculator."

  • Select the drug you want the cost share for
  • Choose your prescription strength and how often you'll take it
  • Search for and select a nearby drug store
  • You'll then see what your cost would be

How do I set up automatic payments?

After you’ve submitted your first payment, you’ll need to wait 3-5 business days before following these steps.

If you have not registered your Member Hub account:

  1. Register your Member Hub account
  2. Click “Pay My Bill” at the top right
  3. Follow the “Billing” link in the upper right corner of the next screen
  4. Select “Setup recurring payments” to provide your banking information


If you have already registered a Member Hub account:

  1. Login to the Member Hub
  2. You should arrive directly in your billing portal if you use the link above
  3. Click "Schedule Payment" to enroll in autopay

Please wait 2-3 business days for our systems to update your autopay status.

How can I view my ID card online?

You can view and print out a new ID card in your Member Hub.

  1. Login to your Member Hub (or register if you haven't already)
  2. From the Member Hub dashboard, select "My Coverage" then "ID Card" in the navigation
  3. Click "Download 2021 ID Card"
  4. View or print the ID card

1. Provide your ID card for your short term medical plan. Pivot Health plans are underwritten by insurance carrier Companion Life Insurance Company. 

2. This fully-insured insurance plan has no PPO network restrictions or requirements. All licensed healthcare providers are accepted. 

3. Payment is up to 25% more than what Medicare pays for doctor office visits and up to 50% more for facilities.
